THE BEST OF MAUI'S WEDDING VENUES

In our humble opinion.

Listen, Maui is gorgeous. We know it, you know it, the world knows it! Naturally, there is an endless supply of beautiful places to get married here! If you’re on the hunt for your Maui wedding venue, here are a few of our favorites.

Olowalu Plantation House

Nestled in the trees, looking out to the water, Olowalu Plantation House checks all the venue dreams boxes! Built in 1922, this private estate has that old world elegance, and is located on your way into Lahaina town.

Our favorite things about this venue:

  1. The View! It’s an ocean front property, so you get the most amazing views and sunsets! What better way to celebrate than with the sound of the ocean in the background.

  2. The Bridal Suite! Air conditioned so you stay comfy, it is the perfect place for those getting ready shots.

  3. The Size! This venue can accommodate a large number of guests, and because it’s so big, provides variety. You can have your ceremony in a grove of trees, looking out to the water, or under the BIG tree! Lots of possibilities!

The Maui Pineapple Chapel

Over looking the edge of Kapalua, The Maui Pineapple Chapel is one of the most charming Maui wedding venues around. Classic but modern, it’s the perfect canvas to bring your style to.

Our favorite things about this venue:

  1. The indoor option! The Maui Pineapple Chapel is one of the very few venues on Maui that has an indoor space. Sometimes the weather can be unpredictable, having that indoor option can be a day saver!

  2. The variety! There are so many options on where to hold your wedding day at the Maui Pineapple Chapel. You can do the deed inside, on the terrace, the stairs, the lawn!

  3. The bridal suite! We love the style of this bridal suite. With a large gilded mirror and pumping ac, you can get ready in comfort and class.

The Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center

One of the only upcountry Maui wedding venues, The Hui No’eau Visual Arts Center is just stunning. Upcountry Maui provides a different atmosphere that we love, so much so, we got married here!

Our favorite things about this venue:

  1. The venue itself! There’s something about the property and its privacy that makes you feel like you’re in your own little world. The mediterranean architecture provides a unique backdrop, while the lush greenery gives you that classic Maui feel.

  2. The “Oasis”! The Hui features remnants of the sugar mill that used to operate on the property. The pieces leftover from the old structures are now lush with growth and provide a beautiful space to enjoy a moment with each other and get some memorable photos!

  3. The Location! Call us biased, but upcountry Maui is something special. The cooler weather and slower pace lend to a relaxing atmosphere.

Every venue has its special touches, so figure out what is most important to you before you go hunting.

We hope our faves help you on your Maui wedding venue search!
